The film features Vivek Oberoi as Ravindra, and Surya as Suri, appearing predominantly in the second part. Shatrughan Sinha, Abhimanyu Singh, Kota Srinivasa Rao, Sushant Singh, Priyamani and Radhika Apte play other supporting roles. The film was shot simultaneously in Telugu, Hindi and Tamil, with the two parts releasing three weeks apart while the Tamil version will release as a single part.
Director Ram Gopal Varma’s much expected trilingual movie ‘Ratha Charithram’ is being made in all the three languages (Tamil, Telugu and Hindi).
This movie has Surya, Priyamani, Vivek Oberoi in the lead roles and it will be released in 2 parts. It is a big movie as it stretches over 5 hours.
The Telugu version named ‘Rakta charitra-1′ is said to be released on October 21st and the Hindi version is dated for October 22nd.
In Tamil it is titled as ‘Ratha Charithram’ and it will be released as a full length movie. The reason for this is that Surya appears only in the second half of the movie. Ratha Sarithiram will be release on December 3rd. Earlier planned release on Nov 19.
