3 IDIOTS TAMIL VERSION TO BEGIN FROM DECEMBER | SHANKAR
The film also uses real inventions by little known people in India's backyards. The brains behind the innovations were Remya Jose, a student from Kerala, who created the exercise-bicycle-cum-washing-machine, Mohammad Idris, a barber from Meerut district in Uttar Pradesh, who invented a bicycle-powered horse clipper, and Jahangir Painter, a painter from Maharashtra, who made the scooter-powered flour mill.The film is scheduled to be remade as "3 Rascals" in Tamil and Telugu.
Director Shankar, who will next work in the remake version of the Bollywood super hit film 3 Idiots, has silently been working on the all the pre-production work that has to be done before commencing the shooting.
He will begin shooting of this remake in December in Delhi.The casting was in the discussion for a long time and recently it was reported that Shankar finally managed to rope in Vijay, Jeeva and Srikanth.
Music director Harris Jayaraj, who is composing for this film, has worked on three songs and all the three are reportedly approved by Shankar. Some more songs are to be added and the musician and director are working towards getting it right.
