SECTION 144 IMPOSED | DHARA 144 | BABRI MASJID VERDICT
So because of Babri Masjid Case for which the verdict is coming out on 24th September 2010. Yes Uttar Pradesh High Court, Lucknow Bench will deliver the Ayodhya Verdict on 24th.Condition is growing sensitive as it is about the communities and religion. Matter is so much complicated that it can grow so much outrage in people. And because of this Babri Masjid and Ayodhya Ram Janmbhoomi Case has forced central and state governments to impose Section 144 (Dhara 144) in the cities which are vulnerable to Hindu-Muslim Riots.
Proper measures have been taken by the State Police and Central Government has deployed Army and Para-Military Forces in cities and places which are under scanner.
Section 144 (Dhara 144) is also imposed mostly in the states where there is Muslim Population in somewhat in excess.
