SHANKAR'S NANBAN MOVIE LATEST NEWS | VIJAY IN NANBAN MOVIE
Nanban is the only quickie of Shankar who has taken two years or more to complete a film most of the times. Unfortunately, things had not gone too well for the film ever since several changes were made. Suriya opted out when Vijay was forced out.
Mahesh Babu quit from the film while several of the top actors had refused to act in the film. Both the Producers Gemini Film Circuit and Director Shankar had been confident of taking the movie forward which has started happening now.
After Suriya, Vijay is finalized for the role which has put the cast and crew in high spirits. A few changes as the inclusion of SJ Suriyah and Anuya have been made while Jiiva and Srikanth will play two of the three characters.
Shankar has started shooting in Ooty and has finished the first schedule within a short time. Vijay will join the crew on 25th February 2011 when his portions will be shot. Shankar finds compatibility with the young Madhan Karky again for “Nanban”, this time as the dialog writer, while Manoj Paramahamsa is the cinematographer of the film.
Harris Jayaraj has already recorded a song while Na.Muthukumar is busy with a few more songs and the crew is working hard to make every song a hit.
The shooting is fast progressing which is so much unlike Shankar who wants to complete the film in a jiffy. This is good news for audience who want to see the film as soon as possible.
