Vaanam (English: Sky) is a forthcoming ensemble Indian Tamil action-drama film written and directed by Krish. A remake of his own 2010 Telugu film Vedam, the film stars Silambarasan, Bharath, Anushka Shetty, Prakash Raj and Saranya in the lead roles.Jointly produced by Ganesh Janardhanan and R. Ganesh, the film, featuring music, cinematography and editing by Yuvan Shankar Raja, Nirav Shah and Anthony Gonsalves, respectively, is currently in its production stage and is set to release on April 9, 2011.
STR’s Vaanam which was expected to release way back in 2010 has not yet released the movie’s audio completely. Vaanam is produced by VTV Ganesh and directed by Krish. A few months before a single track was released in which featured Simbu’s ‘Evandi Unna Pethan’.
The song earned mixed reviews from critics and fans and now Vaanam crew is gearing up for the audio launch function which has planned on March 6, 2011. The producers of Vaanam wanted to release the audio in London similar to that of Vinnaithaandi Varuvaaya.
As per the recent reports Vaanam movie’s complete audio will be released on March 15. But there is no clue about the venue of the audio launch event. Stay linked with MovieUpdates.in for more updates on STR’s Vaanam.
